A live demonstration of extracting juice from Sugarcane was organised today at Traditional Technology Park of Manav Sangrahalaya.  In this presentation, artists from Shreerampur, Maharashtra demonstrated juice extraction on a traditional wooden juicer of the region. The equipment became part of Traditional Technology Park after ceremonial inauguration by Director, IGRMS, Prof Sarit Kumar Chaudhuri. On this occasion visitors present tasted the juice from the traditional juicer. Visitors praised the taste of the juice and appreciated Dr (Mrs) Soma Kiro (Assistant Keeper) and IGRMS Administration for organising the demonstration.
