Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Manav Sangrahalaya has established Heritage Window Exhibition based on Cultural Heritage of India at  Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Shamshabad, Distt.Vidisha (M.P). The exhibition was jointly inaugurated by Principal G. Kumar  and Prof. Sarit K. Chaudhuri, Director, Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Manav Sangrahalaya,Bhopal.

On this occasion, Officers of IGRMS,Bhopal, Vice Principal J.N.V Shmashabad, Teachers, parents, and a large number of local public was present.

During introducing the exhibition, Prof. Chaudhuri, Director, IGRMS has said it is our moral responsibility to protect the Indian culture. Prof. Choudhuri emphasised the need of promoting Indian Culture among children and youth so that they may feel proud of their great heritage. He extended every possible help to JNV’s in their efforts to promote Indian Culture.

In his speech, Principal G.Kumar has thanked the IGRMS’s efforts towards preservation and protection of Indian Culture.

On this occasion,Shri G.Kumar, Principal and Shri M.H. Khan, Vice Principal of the school  honoured Shri Sarit Chaudhuri and his senior staff by shawl, shrifal and memento. A colourful Rai Dance was presented by the school girls. At last, Vote of Thanks was proposed by Shri M.H.Khan.

The IGRMS team members comprising of Shri Anand Tahenguria, Assistant Curator (Display), Shri Rakrsh Bhatt, Assistant keeper, Shri Ashok Sharma PRO, Shri Tapas Kumar Biswas, Photographic Officer, and His Team has contributed towards organising of the exhibition.
