National Workshop on conservation of specimens
On the second day of ongoing national workshop on conservation of exhibits at Manav Sangrahalaya, the participants went to archaeological monuments of Sanchi Stupa and understood the conservation of exhibits displayed in open air exhibition. Later, the Director (Conservation) of National Museum, New Delhi gave a lecture on conservation of paintings and wooden specimens. In the second session, Dr. K.K. Jain delivered a lecture on ‘Integrated Pest Management’. In the evening, Mr. Dipak Choudhary and Mrs. Renu Dey explained preparation of British Leather Dressing.
