Event :Installation -Art-Theatre event “409 Ramkinkars” by VIVADI in collaboration with IGNCA.
409 Ramkinkars envisions a cross-genre performance from our location in 21st Century India, while revisiting the creative milieu of sculptor-painter-scenographer-theatre artist,Ramkinkar Baij (1906-1980).
This event will be followed by an exhibition of sculpture installation which will run till end of April, 2015.
On 24th March, 2015, A special preview for invitees at 6.00pm.

Under the Outreach initiative the IGNCA Book Circle has a monthly event held on the fourth Thursday of every month from 4:00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m.
‘Whispers at the Ganga Ghat’ (2014) and Amaltas (2014) : Both Readings by Dr. Alka Tyagi, Associate Professor in English Dept. at Dyal Singh (eve) College, University of Delhi. She has a doctoral degree on the subject, “Inter-semiotic Transformations: A Study of the Poetry of Two Medieval Saints, Akka Mahadevi and Andal” from School of Arts and Aesthetics, JNU, New Delhi.

Her English poetry collection, ‘Whispers at the Ganga Ghat’ (2014) has been published by Mark Media, New Delhi and a collection of her Hindi poems Amaltas (2014) has been published by ‘Ka- Kala,Sampada evam Vaichariki’.
